What is computer?

 A computer is a machine that can be instructed to perform arithmetic or logical operations sequences automatically through computer programming. Modern computers have the capacity to follow generalized operation sets, called programs. These programs allow computers to perform an incredibly broad variety of functions.

 A "complete" computer may be referred to as a computer system, including the hardware, the operating system (main software), and the peripheral equipment required and used for "full" operation.. This word can also be used for a group of computers linked and working together, especially a computer network or a computer cluster. Computers are used as control systems for a broad range of industrial and consumer systems. Like personal computers and smartphones like mobile devices. The Internet is running on pcs, connecting hundreds of millions of other pcs and their users.

Early computers were developed only as instruments for calculation. Simple manual tools such as the abacus have helped individuals with calculations since ancient times. Some mechanical systems were constructed early in the Industrial Revolution to automate lengthy tedious duties, such as guiding looms patterns. In the early 20th century, more advanced electrical machines performed specialized analog calculations.

During World War II, the first digital electronic calculating machines were created. Since then, computers ' pace, power and versatility have dramatically increased.

In 1944, electrical computers were used at Harvard University after seven years. After that, many other computers like EDSAC in 1945 and ENTANCE in 1946 etc. were created.

There are five significant components in a computer. They are the input unit, the memory unit, the control unit and the arithmatic unit. Three features perform a computer: 1. Data receiving it, 2. It processes information through different calculations, 3. It is issuing information.
Each computer has its own machine language and therefore acts as a computer. There is no set language of the machine. It's different from the machine. Machine language-written programs are machine-dependent and are only useful for that machine.

Computer is very useful for us. Without computers, we can't go for a single time. It's component of our daily lives. A contemporary computer is traditionally made up of at least one processing component, typically a central processing unit (CPU), and some type of memory. The processing component performs arithmetic and logical operations, and in reaction to stored information, a sequencing and control unit may alter the order of activities. Peripheral devices include systems for input (keyboards, mice, joysticks, etc.), equipment for output (screens, printers, etc.), And input / output systems performing both tasks (e.g. a touchscreen from the 2000s).
